1968 Gunma Seiko Co., Ltd. established with \2 million in paid-in capital.
1970 Aluminum cold forging begun for motorcycle parts.
1972 Aluminum cold forging developed for fishing tackle spools.
1973 Paid-in capital increased to \8 million.
1975 Patented obtained for water pipe welding saddle production method.
1976 Developed a rod cover single-unit cylinder.
1978 Finished construction of the Isesaki Factory.
